Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez, Illinois Democrat, and Ben Jealous, a Democrat running to be Maryland governor, were among 25 protesters arrested in front of the White House, as part of a rally organizers said drew 2,000 people.
They were demanding President Trump back the 2012 temporary deportation amnesty, known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, that’s currently protecting nearly 800,000 young adult illegal immigrants from being targets for deportation. note: He clearly stands WITH the illegals against the American people!
Democratic Rep. Luis Gutierrez (Ill.) has disbursed tens of thousands of dollars in campaign funds to his wife this year, bringing her total compensation to more than $400,000 since she first appeared on his campaign's payroll.
Gutierrez, who was first elected to Congress in 1992, recently grabbed headlines for saying that Democrats would "eliminate" Trump as president if they take back the House of Representatives. It appears the one thing Gutierrez won't eliminate anytime soon is the lucrative campaign payments to his wife.
From Jan. 1 to June 30, Gutierrez's campaign has made $30,000 worth of payments to Soraida, Federal Election Commission filings show. During this time, Gutierrez's committee reported $72,000 in expenditures.
In 2010, Soraida was given $44,000 from her husband's campaign and was the top recipient of cash from the committee that cycle. In 2012, Soraida was paid $93,000 from the committee, again making her the top recipient of campaign cash. In 2014, Mrs. Gutierrez was again the top recipient as she hauled in $110,000. During the 2016 cycle, her payments increased to $125,856.

Rep. Louie Gohmert said Monday that fellow Rep. Steve Cohen owes a conservative witness an apology after a heated exchange during a hearing over the abortion “Heartbeat Bill.”
Mr. Cohen, Tennessee Democrat, called Ms. Parker “ignorant” when she was discussing why she feels abortion should not be categorized as a health welfare program, which she said Democrats often do.

Cohen lost the primary to Ford by 25 points. Noting that Ford, an African-American, did much better than Cohen in majority black precincts despite Ford's inexperience, Cohen said, "It is impossible for a person who is not African American to get a large vote in the African American community... against a substantial candidate. The fact is, I am white, and it doesn't seem to matter what you do." Later, Cohen admitted that his statement was "impolitic" but also noted that "race is still an important factor in voting."

One member of the committee, Steve Cohen, a Democrat representing the 9th district of Tennessee, has a lifetime record, both in the U.S. congress and as a state legislator, advocating this distortion that somehow abortion is a remedial measure for low-income black women.

Rep. Al Green, a Texas Democrat, said Wednesday that black Americans should consider declining White House invitations until President Donald Trump apologizes for his comments calling NFL players who kneel during the National Anthem a "son of a bitch."

Houston Congressman Al Green, U.S. Representative from Texas’ 9th congressional district is being accused of sexually assaulting a former employee.
Green’s former district director, Lucinda Daniels, claims she was assaulted at her home in May 2007.
“He sexually assaulted her, she did not give consent,” said Daniels’ attorney, Chip Lewis. “He tried to pursue a romantic relationship after that, she spurned his advances.”
That’s when Daniels claims the Congressman made things hostile at work. After her resignation Daniels says Green then smeared her character to possible future employers. Daniels, according to Green’s attorney, allegedly demanded $1.8 million from the Congressman.

Well, Maxine Waters has been meddling in Haiti’s affairs since the early 2000s, and that is due to her “special” relationship with Jean-Bertrand Aristide, who has served as President of Haiti four separate times.
Mad Maxine’s illegal deeds include election tampering for Aristide, and it’s all been proven thanks to a few WikiLeaks emails. The California congresswoman’s passion for Aristide is noted as “hysterical” per the emails. To say Maxine’s relationship with the former Haitian president was close is an understatement, as you’ll see. Maxine pushed for Aristide to be allowed back into Haiti after he was exiled.
She was not as hysterical as she has been on prior conversations, but did at one point say “what are you going to do when he returns in the company of Danny Glover, Harry Belafonte and maybe me, mow us all down?”
Accusations that Waters was also money laundering in Haiti are coming out, too. From Maxine’s ethics probe, it was found that “Congresswoman Waters has been involved in a money laundering operation involving several ‘dummy corporations’ she set up with Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide before he was ousted in a 2004 coup d’etat.”

According to the Washington Free Beacon, nearly $750,000 has been funneled through an endorsement and mailing list operation run by Waters and her daughter, Karen:
“The mailers list the candidates endorsed by Waters and is sent to the more than 200,000 constituents in South Central Los Angeles area, where the congresswoman holds considerable clout. The mailers contain an “official sample ballot” with brief quotes from the congresswoman.”
“The operation is run by Karen Waters, the daughter of Rep. Waters, who has collected more than $650,000 to date for running the endorsement mailers. Karen is owed another $108,000 from her mother’s campaign committee, according to its most recent records. Once Karen is paid, her total payments will reach more than $750,000 since 2006.”
