Declaration of Independence:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the RIGHT of the People to alter or to ABOLISH it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Oath of Office
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution, but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public trust under the Untied States.

It is a crime for one or more persons acting under color of law willfully to deprive or conspire to deprive another person of any right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. (18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242).
Officials means any and all Government employees, staff, politicians, Senators, Members of the House of Representatives, Employees of any and all government agencies, elected, appointed or hired, and Military Commanders, who have in the past or are currently violating the Constitution, The Bill of Rights, and or the Declaration of Independence.
RE: Any and all activities that violate any or all of the rights, freedoms, and/or liberties protected by original ten Amendments to the US Constitution.
Dear Officials:
This ORDER is to inform you that your persistent actions including but not limited to any and all activities which violate any or all of the rights, freedoms, and/or liberties protected by original ten Amendments to the US Constitution must
stop. Immediately rescind, repeal, and terminate any and all Unconstitutional laws, Amendments, and contracts that have been enacted
against the several States and/or the
citizens of the United States of America. These unconstitutional laws have become unbearable.
You are ORDERED TO STOP such activities immediately as they are being done in violation of the Constitution and
YOUR oath of Office.
The American citizens, jointly and/or severally, have the
right to remain free from these activities as they constitute gross and negligent violations of the Constitutional RIGHTS, FREEDOMS, and LIBERTIES of American citizens, and the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, can and may pursue any
legal remedies available to them against you if these activities continue.
These remedies include but are not limited to: suing you, jointly and/or severally, for damages the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, have incurred as a result of your actions.
Again, you must IMMEDIATELY STOP any and all activities that violate any or all of the rights, freedoms, and/or liberties protected by original ten Amendments to the US Constitution and publicly announce that you have stopped such activities. You may incur some very
severe legal consequences if you fail to comply with this demand.
This letter acts as a warning to discontinue this unwanted, unconstitutional, and tyrannical conduct before the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, decide to pursue legal actions against you. At this time, the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, are not contacting the authorities or filing suit against you, as the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, hope we can resolve this matter without authoritative involvement.
The American citizens, jointly and/or severally, are not under any circumstances, however, waiving any legal rights they have presently, or future legal remedies against you by sending you this petition. This order acts as a chance for you to cease any and all activities that violate any or all of the rights, freedoms, and/or liberties protected by original ten Amendments to the US Constitution before the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, may or can exercise our rights, freedoms, and or liberties.
To ensure compliance with this letter, and to halt possible further legal action the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, may take against you, the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, require you to respond to them within 10 days of your receipt of this petition. Failure to do so will act as evidence of your desire to continue your infringement upon their legal rights, and the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, can and may immediately seek legal avenues to remedy the situation.
AGREEMENT
Officials do hereby agree to stop any and all activities that in any way violate any or all of the rights, freedoms, and/or liberties protected by original ten Amendments to the US Constitution. Officials understand that this is their chance to cease these activities.
Officials understand that
the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, have the
right to pursue legal action relating to engagement in these activities, but the American citizens, jointly and/or severally,
will not pursue those rights, at this time, in contemplation of
compliance with this petition.
Officials further understand that the
American People have not waived any/all rights and may pursue legal remedies if Officials fail to abide by this
agreement.
Officials understand that this agreement is
not specifically
limited to the activities named herein.
Officials will
not engage in any activity now or in the future which may violate the rights, freedoms, and or liberties of the American Citizens, jointly and/or severally.
Officials furthermore agree not to engage in any activity, regardless of its official title, that is done in violation
of the American citizens, jointly and/or severally, legal rights, freedoms, and or liberties.
If Officials
fail to cease performing these activities, the American Citizens, jointly and/or severally, may
pursue legal action in accordance of and to their
Constitutional rights, freedoms, and or liberties.
This agreement acts as a
contract between Officials and the American citizens, jointly and/or severally.
Forbearing enforcement of legally enforceable remedies is sufficient consideration to support this agreement. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. Any statements made orally, written, or otherwise which are not contained herein shall have no impact on either parties' rights or obligations elaborated in this agreement.

- Amendment I
- Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
- Amendment II
- A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
- Amendment III
- No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
- Amendment IV
- The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon substantiated cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
- Amendment V
- No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
- Amendment VII
- In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
- Amendment VIII
- Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
- Amendment IX
- The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
- Amendment X
- The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
