Pueblo Mafia

When police are allowed to violate the very laws they are tasked to enforce, on the public, it is NOT justice it is tyranny! These police officers did NOT have permission to enter the private property - for ANY reason!

Without presenting a legal, valid arrest warrant the officers in this video had NO authority to enter private property. The act of climbing over a fence, because the gate is/was locked, is trespassing, a violation of the privacy of the residents, and makes the police worse than the criminals on the street. ANY one, without permission, who enters private property is subject to prosecution under Colorado codified laws!

These officers failed to identify themselves, they refused to give their name and badge numbers when the property owner requested all their identifying information.

This video shows a classic case of kidnapping by police. To justify their illegal actions they claimed the person taken  had an outstanding warrant.

If the person did have an active warrant  - why didn't the officers present it? It is a well know fact and common knowledge that police are allowed to lie to illicit compliance from the public

Why did they loiter outside the fence of a private residence for over an hour? It is FAR too convenient for them to justify their actions by claiming there is an outstanding warrant -  AFTER they violate several laws to kidnap someone!

The officers did request the gate to be opened - their request was denied -  as is the right of the property owner!

The two officers who climbed over the fence conspired with one another, and perhaps the other officers at the scene, to knowingly, willfully and maliciously commit trespass - in violation of
