RE: Cease and desist from any and all acts that violate the Constitution of the United States of America.

This letter is to all the Members of the United States Senate, House of Representatives, Members of the Judicial Branch, and the President of the United States. Collectively called 'The Government', this letter is directed at and for anyone and everyone who is currently serving as an elected official or appointed to office by the President.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

You have failed to uphold the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Oath of Office upon which you swore. You allow a President to commit treason over and over without doing your sworn duty to remove him from office. That makes YOU an accomplice to EVERY illegal and treasonous act he has committed! With acts like implementing House Resolution 569 it leaves NO doubt that ALL Congressmen, members of the House of Representatives, and other Government Officials ARE actively attempting to over throw OUR country!

US Constitution Article 2 Section 1
No person except a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN (BOTH parents must be US citizens), or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.

No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the age of thirty years, and been NINE years a citizen of the United States and who shall NOT, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state for which he shall be chosen.

The Naturalization Act of 1790 expanded the class of citizens at birth to include children born abroad of CITIZEN mothers as long as the FATHER had at least been RESIDENT in the United States at some point. 

Public Law 414 CLEARLY defines what is NOT considered a natural born citizen!

There is NO question that Barry Soetoro's, aka Barrack Obama, father was NEVER a resident of the United States! Regardless of where he, Barry/Barrack, was born he is NOT a natural born citizen! 

You allow this false POTUS to write Executive orders and pretend they are law. This does NOT mean Barry Soetoro/Barrack Obama can by pass the proper/established methods of making laws for the citizens!

The PROPER way to make laws is the directive from an Executive order is sent to the Executive Branch for approval/changes. They approve/change as necessary and send it to the Judicial Branch of the government for approval/changes. Then the Executive Order is supposed to be sent to the Legislative Branch for enactment.

All Americans have been FORCED into servitude of this corrupt government. You have refused to hear the voice of the people and take the appropriate actions. YOU have given aid an comfort to the enemies of America! Some of those enemies reside within the borders of our Country. You forced a health care system on us that has removed our choice of doctors. You fine businesses and people for not having health care. Creating further burden on an already strained economy.

You have taken control of our media so we don't even know what you are doing any more. You have spied on us, lied to us, stolen from us, killed us, and committed treason.

You sign private and unconstitutional deals with any country or corporation that will pay YOU the most money while there are homeless and hungry men, women, and children in every city, town and, village in this once great nation.

With 'deals' like TPP, you will eventually sign away the few remaining freedoms, rights, and liberties the Americans have left.

You have allowed corporations, like Monsanto, to poison our air, water, ground, and food with toxic chemicals. You refused to let the people have a say in many of the unconstitutional laws you created.

Under federal law, 18 USC 242, it is illegal for anyone under the color of law to deprive any person of the rights, privileges or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution, and under 18 USC 241 it is illegal to conspire to violate such rights. It is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. (Title 18 Part I, Chapter 13 ~242)  

The events in Oregon, Texas, and other States are reprehensible. The GOVERNMENT is the terrorist organization wantonly killing citizens and breaking laws it created and enforces against the citizens.

You have destroyed homes, businesses, families, and lives in your zealous effort to 'remove' drugs from our streets. Only to have those confiscated drugs mysteriously appear back on the streets.

The time has come to end the losing 'war on drug', decriminalize all drugs that are currently illegal. ALL non-violent 'drug offenders' being held on any type of drug charge should be immediately released.

You have failed us, the American people, you have pretended to fight a war on drugs, while you continued to fuel that war by providing cartels, such as the Mexican Drug Cartel, with drugs, money laundering services, and firearms and ammunition to be used against the American people. Since it is 'legal' for Big Pharma to possess and 'research' with these drugs it should be legal for the American PEOPLE to posses them!

With the current level of abuse of FDA approved prescription drugs, that cause more harm than good, there is NO reason to keep shelling out multi-billions of dollars to private prisons for the incarceration of non-violent offenders who sit in prison for 'drug offenses'.

You allow citizens to be put in prison when they do the exact same thing that the government has allowed government agencies, bankers, corporate executives, and corporations to do.

Amendment IX: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

We the people here by declare OUR independence from the oppressive government that seeks to destroy all that our Great Nation once was.

Federal Criminal Enforcement

It is a crime for one or more persons acting under color of law willfully to deprive or conspire to deprive another person of any right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. (18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242).

"Color of law" simply means that the person doing the act is using power given to him or her by a governmental agency (local, State, or Federal). A law enforcement officer acts "under color of law" even if he or she is exceeding his or her rightful power. The types of law enforcement misconduct covered by these laws include excessive force, sexual assault, intentional false arrests, or the intentional fabrication of evidence resulting in a loss of liberty to another. Enforcement of these provisions does not require that any racial, religious, or other discriminatory motive existed.

What remedies are available under these laws? Violations of these laws are punishable by fine and/or imprisonment. There is no private right of action under these statutes; in other words, these are not the legal provisions under which you would file a lawsuit on your own.

Overcoming Immunity

Being stopped and questioned by police in connection with a crime is an unsettling experience for most anyone. As long as the officer is performing his job properly, however, there is no violation of a suspect's rights. In fact, police are immune from suit for the performance of their jobs unless willful, unreasonable conduct is demonstrated. Mere negligence, the failure to exercise due care, is not enough to create liability. Immunity therefore means that in the typical police-suspect interaction, the suspect cannot sue the police. Civil rights remedies come into play for willful police conduct that violates an individual's constitutional rights.

Excessive Force

Excessive force claims receive the most publicity, perhaps because the results of excessive force seem the most outrageous, involving serious physical injury or death. Whether the officer's use of force was reasonable depends on the surrounding facts and circumstances. The officer's intentions or motivations are not controlling. If the amount of force was reasonable, it doesn't matter that the officer's intentions were bad. But the reverse is also true: if the officer had good intentions, but used unreasonable force, the excessive force claim will not be dismissed.

Failure to Intervene

Officers have a duty to protect individuals from constitutional violations by fellow officers. Therefore, an officer who witnesses a fellow officer violating an individual's constitutional rights may be liable to the victim for failing to intervene.

What to do!

• If you are not free to leave. Ask "Am I being arrested?"
• If you are arrested, remain clam, ask for a lawyer immediately.
• The answer to all questions is "I want an attorney."

 - The police must have a reasonable suspicion – meaning a clear, specific and unbiased reason for suspecting that you committed, are committing, or are about to commit a crime.

 - They cannot stop you simply because you "look suspicious."

Think your rights have been violated, file a written complaint with police department internal affairs division or civilian complaint board, or call the ACLU hotline, 1-877-6-PROFILE.

Before any officer takes the Law Enforcement Oath of Honor, it is important that he/she understands what it means. An oath is a solemn pledge someone makes when he/she sincerely intends to do what he/she says.

Honor means that one's word is given as a guarantee.
Betray is defined as breaking faith with the public trust.
Badge is the symbol of your office.
Integrity is being the same person in both private and public life.
Character means the qualities that distinguish an individual.
Public trust is a charge of duty imposed in faith toward those you serve.
Courage is having the strength to withstand unethical pressure, fear or danger.
Accountability means that you are answerable and responsible to your oath of office.
Community is the jurisdiction and citizens served.

San Bernardino shooting - 2 Dec 2015
1) LA police used the same building targeted in the San Bernadino attack as a stage for active shooter drills carried out every month! As the police raid began, one staffer from inside the building actually tweeted, "drill started."
2) What are the chances that a SWAT team just happens to be in the general area, within two blocks, doing a drill are 'ready to roll' and don't make it to the scene in time to catch the shooter(s) on scene.

I never really paid attention to this story as I put it down to dumb kids, lax parenting, bullying, etc... But after reading the FBI 'report' I am not so sure! This has all the signs and similarities of a government engineered shooting.
1) The 'teacher' interviewed managed to remember very specific information about one of the 'shooters' but didn't recognize him.
2) If the 'shooters' were inside the school how did they manage to shoot a plate glass window from outside?
3) An interview with one of the student 'witnesses' who also proclaims he didn't recognize the shooter;  most students will recognize a fellow student even if they don't know their name!

I understand that states are 'missing out' on sales tax since under the current system which relies on the consumer to report and pay sales tax to their states. Apparently they are no more honest then the government officials elected to represent the best interest of the people!

In reality, when someone shops online they are traveling, albeit virtually, to the store from which they desire to purchase. Thus they owe sales tax to the state in which the business has a license to operate!

There is no way that a gun confiscation would ever work in the US because;
1. People will simply refuse to turn them in.
 2. They don't have enough jail space for the 100 million plus people that would outright refuse to turn in their guns.
3. Most of the police would refuse to enforce the law.
4. Even the liberal Justices on the Supreme Court would find such a law unconstitutional. After all, the Supreme Court has already found that the right to keep and bear arms in an individual right and not a collective one
 5. The government has no idea how many guns there really are in the US or who has them. How could they ever possibly know if they got them all?
 6. Criminals, by their very nature, would refuse to turn in their guns even if every law-abiding citizen did.
The fact that the anti-gun crowd thinks that they could ever confiscate every gun in the US is a sure sign that they are seriously delusional.

A private prison or for-profit prison is a place in which individuals are physically confined or incarcerated by a third party that is contracted by a government agency.

"The private prison industry has promoted policies and practices that increase the number of people who enter and stay in prison."

"By contractually requiring states to guarantee payment for a large percentage of prison beds, the prison companies are able to protect themselves against fluctuations in the prison population."

Oklahoma has three contracts with a 98% occupancy guarantee provision, while a couple of Louisiana’s contracts contain occupancy requirements at 96%, and Virginia has, at least, one at 95%.

All major prison companies, CCA, GEO Group, and Management and Training Corporation (MTC), have been successful in negotiating prison quotas in contracts. Side note: GEO Group is owned and operated by MTC!

What does this mean? Convictions are for sale!

 Now does it make sense that a non-violent offender is sentenced to more time in prison than a violent offender! The violent offender, if released, has a higher chance of re-offending and being returned to prison! The state can then claim they are 'adhering' to the law by showing acceptable 'turn over' rates.

Colorado has experienced a sizable reduction in its prison population. In the past decade, the crime rate has dropped by a third, and since 2009, five prisons have been closed.

The state projects that two to ten additional prisons could close in the near future, depending on the size of the facilities chosen.

This decrease in prison population propelled CCA, which operates three private prisons in the state, to take action. Last year, CCA negotiated the insertion of a bed guarantee provision in the state budget for all three of its facilities for the 2013 fiscal year.

Even though all three contracts for these facilities include explicit language specifying that "the state does not guarantee any minimum number of offenders will be assigned to the contractors’ facility," the company (CCA) was able to circumvent the contracting process and mandate occupancy guarantees long after the contract was negotiated and signed.

Corruption at Mike Durfee State Prison (MDSP)

All three contracts require the state to fill or compensate the company for every available bed. Yes, that would be a 100% occupancy, whether they have 'criminals' to put in the beds or not!

The information found here is just the tip of the iceberg as to what is really going on. Most prisons have some sort of 'work program' in which inmates are allowed to 'work' for far below minimum wage, the average being around 0.78 cents per hour, while the private prison rakes in the cash (reports are as high as $70,000 from one contract) from contracts in which they agree to supply laborers (yes, inmates!)! Starting to sound pretty close to slavery!

UPDATE: Why do we even have prisons? Why is America incarcerating its own people when the Government is releasing known criminals into our society?

Overall, ICE released 30,558 criminal aliens in fiscal year 2014, which is down from the 36,007 criminals released a year before (2013).

...there are 820,000 illegal aliens in the United States with criminal convictions, including 690,000 illegal aliens currently residing on U.S. soil who have been convicted of a felony or “serious” misdemeanor.

Why are there two  'justice systems' in America? 

We have one set of laws on the books, but there are two legal systems: One for the rich and powerful, and one for everyone else. Define Lewd

crude and offensive in a sexual way. (Who has the final say in whether an act is crude or offensive?)

inclined to, characterized by, or inciting to lust or lechery; lascivious.

obscene or indecent, as language or songs; salacious.

* 18-7-301. Public indecency.

(1) Any person who performs any of the following in a public place or where the conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by members of the public commits public indecency:

(a) An act of sexual intercourse; or

(b) An act of deviate sexual intercourse; or

(c) A lewd exposure of the body done with intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desire of any person; or

(d) A lewd fondling or caress of the body of another person.

(2) Public indecency is a class 1 petty offense.* 18-7-302 – Indecent exposure.

(1) A person commits indecent exposure if he knowingly exposes his genitals to the view of any person under circumstances in which such conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm to the other person.

(2) (a) (Deleted by amendment, L. 2003, p. 1435, § 31, effective July 1, 2003.)

(b) Indecent exposure is a class 1 misdemeanor.

(4) Indecent exposure is a class 6 felony if the violation is committed subsequent to two prior convictions of a violation of this section or of a violation of a comparable offense in any other state or in the United States, or of a violation of a comparable municipal ordinance.

* The plain language of this offense reflects the general assembly's intent to make public indecency a strict liability crime without a culpable mental state. Because this section makes it a crime to perform any of the stated acts where the conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by members of the public, it does not matter whether the defendant knew he was in a public place. The objective standard depends on what a reasonable person in the defendant's position should have known. Therefore, the trial court did not err in rejecting a jury instruction that would have required the jury to find the defendant knew he was in a public place. People v. Hoskay, 87 P.3d 194 (Colo. App. 2003).

WOW! Let's look at (1) (c) Does this mean that people who like nice shoes can be subjected to prosecution if they 'arouse' another person who has a foot/shoe fetish? Knowing that at least one person they see in a day, while in public, could have a foot fetish.
And (1) (d) Does that mean it is illegal to hug another person in public? Or only if another person witnessing the hug is offended and believes it is in a lewd manner?

What about swim suits? Spandex clothing? Anything that 'could' arouse another person? Are they a violation of (1) (2)?
