Unspoken Rules of Society

NOTHING in life is free! somebody, somewhere paid for it, it is NOT yours!
Treat others how THEY want to be treated but never as less than how you want to be treated.
Be kind to others: You NEVER know when you will be the one needing kindness from others!
If you see someone who needs help, help them.
Respect self, others, and their property: You are NOT the center of everyone's universe!
Study wisdom: There is NOTHING you will feel that someone else hasn't!
Educate yourself.
Be humble: Don't break your arm patting yourself on the back! Others have done great things too.
Make a daily accounting: What did YOU do today to make the WORLD a better place? What did you do that brought you closer to your goals in life?
Speak right: ALWAYS tell the truth BUT know when, where, and how that truth should be told!
THINK before you speak -
is it True?
is it Helpful?
is it Inspiring?,
is it Necessary?
is it Kind?
Be real with life: If you:
make a promise, keep it
open, close it
turn it on, turn it off
unlock it, lock it up
break it, fix it
can't fix it call someone who can
borrow it, return it
value it, take care of it
make a mess, clean it up
move it, put it back
don't know how to operate it, leave it alone
If it belongs to someone else, get permission to use it
If it's none of your business, don't ask questions
Remember things that you are grateful for
Keep calm and think before reacting
To be heard you have to listen!
Believe in yourself, but be aware of your limitations
Keep things in perspective
Know and adjust your priorities as life changes.
Pay attention to the moment
Fix it, or deal with it, but STOP whining about it
Don't blame others for your problems or mistakes
Don't make excuses
Don't be overly sensitive
Don't be a drama queen
Don't fear failure, you will never grow
Admit your flaws (at least to yourself) work at improving them.

If you can't/won't/don't live by these rules you might want to rethink your attitude toward the world!
