Trump Accused AGAIN!

The burden of proof is on the accusers NOT the accused!! This is NOT a presidential issue - it is a personal issue - therefore it is NOT the taxpayers who should spend millions to debunk THEIR false allegations!!

They should have had proof BEFORE going public!! NOT go public then demand the accused 'prove' something didn't happen!

“He was like an octopus … His hands were everywhere.”
Jessica Leeds
Age 38 Year: 1980s Location: A first-class cabin of a plane
Leeds alleges Trump groped grabbed her breasts and tried to put his hand up her skirt. Source: The New York Times

BUSTED: Oct 15, 2016 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5jWjhO_9cY - SHE was the one misbehaving!! She wanted to marry Trump and he said no!!
Oct 10, 2016 - https://nypost.com/2016/10/14/trump-camp-puts-forward-witness-to-refute-sex-assault-claim/
A jilted woman woman who asked Trump to marry her and was denied. Eye witness to the event shatters this claim!! Donald Trump was married to Ivana from 1977 to 1992!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I referred to this as a ‘rape’, but I do not want my words to be interpreted in a literal or criminal sense."
Ivana Trump
Age 40 Year: 1989 Location: The master bedroom of the Trump Tower triplex
In a divorce deposition, Trump's first wife used "rape" to describe an incident that transpired between them. After a settlement was reached, and the rape allegation became public in a 1993 book, Ivana softened the claim. As part of her nondisclosure agreement, she is not allowed to discuss her marriage to Trump without his permission. Source: Lost Tycoon: The Many Lives of Donald J Trump
BUSTED: Sorry a husband doesn't 'rape' his wife!! it is part and parcel with the marriage vows!! By her own admission - it was NOT rape in the literal or criminal sense!! the government has been raping the taxpayers for DECADES and you never said a word!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

“He pushed me up against the wall, and had his hands all over me and tried to get up my dress again.”
Jill Harth
Age Early 30s Year: 1993 Location: One of the children's bedrooms at Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate
A former business partner, Harth alleges Trump forcibly kissed her on the lips and groped her breasts and grabbed her genitals, in what she referred to in a 1997 lawsuit as "attempted rape". On a previous occasion, she alleges, he groped her under the table during dinner with colleagues at the Plaza Hotel. Source: The Guardian

BUSTED: Another jilted woman who couldn't get into the Trump money and sued for breach of contract, had the details sealed, and then filed a sexual assault case!! Typical 'I will get you anyway I can" bitch move!!
This has already been litigated and settled - YEARS ago - bringing it up now is a violation of Trump's 6th Amendment rights - you can ONLY be charged for a crime ONCE - she sued, was paid, and let it go in 1997!
Instead she AGAIN filed suit for $125 Million - can we say it's all about the money!!
However, when the lawsuit was mysteriously dropped in May 1997, the New York Daily News did report on it. When the breach-of-contract suit was settled two months later, the Daily News reported that Trump agreed to a settlement in that case because it would keep Harth from reviving the sexual assault case.

"He did touch my vagina through my underwear."
Kristen Anderson
Age Early 20s Year: Early 1990s Location: China Club, a Manhattan nightclub
Anderson alleges Trump put his hand up her skirt and touched her genitals through her underwear. Source: The Washington Post

BUSTED: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kristen_Anderson-Lopez - Not one word about even meeting Donald Trump!! NO mention of any sexual misconduct!!
Do you really believe that a billionaire would be seen in a nightclub like this? Really?? not hardly!! she probably got drunk and dreamed about Donald Trump!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“[Trump] stuck his head right underneath their skirts.”
Lisa Boyne
Age 25 Year: 1996 Location: A New York restaurant
Boyne alleges Trump insisted the female models walk across the table and that he looked up their skirts, commenting on whether they were wearing underwear and their genitalia. Source: The Huffington Post
BUSTED: Sonja Morgan even states that nothing inappropriate happened the night. Lisa is lying!! Morgan Confirmed the Dinner Happened, but Denied That Anything Inappropriate Happened
Pretty convincing when the person you claim took you to a dinner party says nothing happened!!
The Post also spoke with her roommate, Karen Beatrice, who said that Boyne never called her. Boyne was surprised that Beatrice denied the incident happened. Beatrice said that she also met Trump and said he was “nothing but gracious and charming.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

“He took my hand, and grabbed me, and went for the lips.”
Cathy Heller
Age 44 Year: 1997 Location: A Mother’s Day brunch at Mar-a-Lago
Heller alleges Trump forcibly kissed her on the lips in public. Source: The Guardian

This just sounds ridiculous!! I guess as 63 she isn't doing so well, any more, and feels the need to get back in the spot light!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“He kissed me directly on the lips."
Temple Taggart
Age 21 Year: 1997 Location: A 1997 Miss USA pageant event and in Trump Tower
The former Miss Utah alleges Trump forcibly kissed her on the mouth on two occassions, including the first time she met him. Source: The New York Times
BUSTED: Considering she wasn't a 1997 Miss America pageant contestant!! She lying!! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miss_America_1997
1997 Miss Utah Nanette Pearson of Pleasant Grove, age 23, her talent was Classical Ballet - Temple Taggart was NOT a contestant in 1997!
Temple Taggart was NEVER a Miss USA contestant in the 1990's!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"I remember putting on my dress really quick because I was like, 'Oh my God, there’s a man in here.'"
Mariah Billado
Age 18 Year: 1997 Location: Backstage at the 1997 Miss Teen USA pageant
The former Miss Vermont Teen USA and other unnamed accusers allege Trump walked into the dressing room unannounced while teen beauty queens aged 15 to 19 were naked. Source: BuzzFeed

BUSTED: Considering that buzzfeed is a DNC owned and operated quasi-news outlet this doesn't surprise me.
It is highly unlikely that any man, especially a billionaire, would enter a dressing room at a pageant where is daughter was doing 'color commentary'!!
Wait.... you want me to believe that a man entered the teens dressing room, at a pageant, and NOBODY said anything??  THAT would be a SHOW stopper right there!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Then his hand touched the right side of my breast. I was in shock."
Karena Virginia
Age 27 Year: 1998 Location: Waiting for a car after the US Open in New York
Virginia alleges Trump grabbed her arm and touched her breast. Source: Gloria Allred press event
BUSTED: gloria allred - enough said!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

“The time that he walked through the dressing rooms was really shocking. We were all naked.”
Bridget Sullivan
Age 19 Year: 2000 Location: Backstage at the 2000 Miss USA pageant
The former Miss New Hampshire alleges Trump walked in to the dressing room unannounced while contestants were naked. Source: BuzzFeed

BUSTED: Considering buzzfeed is a DNC owned and operated quasi-news outlet!! However, Bridget Sullivan was NOT Miss Hampshire in 2000!! Kristen O’Neil WAS!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Our first introduction to him was when we were at the dress rehearsal and half-naked changing into our bikinis.”
Tasha Dixon
Age 19 Year: 2001 Location: Backstage at the 2001 Miss USA pageant
The former Miss Arizona alleges Trump entered dressing rooms while her fellow contestants were "half-naked". Source: CBS News
BUSTED: Miss Arizona in 2001 was Eva Marie St. Arnauld!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

“All of a sudden I felt a grab, a little nudge."
Melinda McGillivray
Age 23 Year: 2003 Location: At Mar-a-Lago during a concert by Ray Charles
McGillivray alleges Trump grabbed her buttock in a pavilion behind the main house in the middle of a group of people. Source: Palm Beach Post

"I was thinking ‘Oh, he’s going to hug me’, but when he pulled my face in and gave me a smooch. I was like ‘Oh – kay.’"
Jennifer Murphy
Age 26 Year: 2005 Location: Outside an elevator after an interview
The former contestant on The Apprentice alleges Trump forcibly kissed her after a job interview.

BUSTED: Murphy appeared on the fourth season of The Apprentice. Murphy was "fired" in week 6, along with three others, for being involved in one of the worst defeats in the show's history.Murphy has remained involved in pageants, hosting the Miss Oregon USA 2006 pageant, and judging the Miss South Carolina Teen USA 2006 pageant. She's also been a judge for a Miss Washington, the Miss Oregon 2009 and the Miss Malibu 2010 pageants.
https://web.archive.org/web/20061206040214/http://apprentice.tv.yahoo.com/trump/04/candidates/jenniferm_qa.html
Appears she is still PO'ed about being 'fired' from the apprentice. Not one mention of any misconduct in the interview in 2005!!
Murphy married Bill Dorfman, a dentist from ABC's reality show Extreme Makeover, on July 7, 2006. They were married at the Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles. She filed for divorce on July 9, 2007 after one year of marriage.
Really?? IF someone sexually assaulted you in 2005 WHY would you get married at their golf club in 2006? Her allegations sound FAKE!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I turned around, and within seconds he was pushing me against the wall and forcing his tongue down my throat."
Natasha Stoynoff
Age 40 Year: 2005 Location: A closed-door room in Mar-a-Lago
Stoynoff alleges Trump forcibly kissed her. Source: People
BUSTED: A story in people magazine claims 'witnesses' corroborate her story - IF she was in a room with closed doors how did they see what happened? IF, as she states, she was doing a photo-op for the Trump wedding - WHY was her camera crew NOT with her?
https://www.dailywire.com/news/9962/butler-who-natasha-stoynoff-claims-burst-trump-frank-camp#exit-modal
Although she doesn't name names, the "longtime butler" to whom Stoynoff refers is likely Anthony Senecal. However, Senecal has come out swinging against the accusation:
[Anthony Senecal] No, that never happened. Come on, that’s just bull crap...Everybody is just jumping on the train...I think you’re going to see even more of it between now and the election. But these incidents never happened.
“Trump stood right next to me and suddenly he squeezed my butt."
Ninni Laaksonen
Age 20 Year: 2006 Location: Outside the Ed Sullivan Theater before an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman
The former Miss Finland alleges Trump grabbed her buttocks during a photoshoot before an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman. Source: Finnish newspaper Ilta-Sanomat
Ninni needs to PROVE this one! NOBODY can prove something didn't happen only the 'victim' can prove it did!
"When we entered the room he grabbed each of us tightly in a hug and kissed each of us on the lips without asking for permission."
Jessica Drake
Age 32 Year: 2006 Location: A golf tournament in Lake Tahoe
Drake alleges Trump forcibly kissed her and two female friends on the lips and when rebuffed, pursued her, asking: "How much?" Source: Gloria Allred press event
BUSTED: gloria allred - no other proof needed!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"He would step in front of each girl and look you over from head to toe like we were just meat, we were just sexual objects, that we were not people."
Samantha Holvey
Age 20 Year: 2006 Location: Miss USA 2006 pageant
The former Miss North Carolina alleges Trump would barge into the pageant dressing room and inspected women like "meat". Source: CNN

BUSTED: Considering the source - communist news network - this is FAKE!! Imagine that - she wasn't a 2006 Miss America contestant!!
Miss North Carolina in 2006 was Brooke McLaurin from Fayetteville!! Samantha Holvey wasn't even a contestant in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“He then grabbed my shoulder and began kissing me again very aggressively and placed his hand on my breast."
Summer Zervos
Age Early 30s Year: 2007 Location: Trump Tower and a hotel in Los Angeles
The former contestant on The Apprentice has accused Trump of groping and kissing her on two occasions. She has filed a defamation claim against the now-president. Source: Gloria Allred press event
BUSTED: Oct 15, 2016 https://www.romper.com/p/summer-zervos-cousin-says-hes-bewildered-by-her-allegations-against-donald-trump-20526
Later on Friday, the Trump campaign released a statement from John Barry, Zervos' cousin, who wrote that he was "completely shocked and bewildered" by Zervos' claims. Barry said that his cousin had nothing but "glowing" things to say about the reality TV host since her time on the show. Barry added that he believes Zervos wishes she could "still be on reality TV" and is acting out in anger because she invited the presidential nominee to her restaurant during the primary in April and he declined.
“He probably doesn’t want me telling the story about that time he continually grabbed my ass and invited me to his hotel room.”
Cassandra Searles
Age 24 Year: 2013 Location: Miss USA 2013 pageant
The former Miss Washington 2013 alleges in a comment on Facebook that Trump repeatedly grabbed her buttocks and invited her to his hotel room. Source: Facebook, via Yahoo News
BUSTED: Imani Blackmon was Miss Washington in 2013!! Stupidity to even claim this!! Did she really think nobody would verify her claim of being in the Miss USA pageant?
The New York Times’ Trump accuser Rachel Crooks is lying about Donald Trump allegedly kissing her on the mouth without permission, according to a family friend.
HR 1181 - Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act
A vote to pass a bill that authorizes veterans deemed mentally incompetent to buy firearms, unless they are found by a judge to be dangerous to themselves or others. The full text of the bill can be found here.
In direct violation of Article 6, Section 2, Clause 2 which states in part, No law made by congress contrary to the Constitution is valid, 5 U.S. Code § 7311, 18 U.S. Code § 241, and 18 U.S. Code § 242 elected officials, representatives, or other members of the United states government, named below, have knowingly, willingly and maliciously, by the acceptance and passage of laws that restrict, regulate, and/or infringes on the Constitutionally protected rights of the citizens of the United States of America.
This vague bill ultimately gives judges the power, right, and authority to determine the mental state and health of veterans based on a potentially incorrect assessment of other individuals. It is inconceivable that any judge anywhere in the USA would have the psychological training necessary to make a determination of the over all and average mental state and health of any one who may come before them. Regardless of whether there was a yea or nay vote on this bill, it is obvious it should never have been presented to congress for consideration.
Doug Jones
This post is for the Alabama voters, you may believe the lies about Roy Moore, as is your privilege, but KNOW what you are voting for if you don't vote for Mr. Moore! This is not an attempt to change your mind, it is only posted as a reference point to get people talking. Making informed decisions is better than blindly voting for a candidate simply because he is a member of a political party.
https://dougjonesforsenate.com - The following is directly from the Doug Jones website. Obviously, the red text is my response to his campaign 'promises'.
I’ll take those values to the U.S. Senate and work hard for all the people of Alabama:
Everyone has the right to quality, affordable health care. - Excluding illegals who are getting far more than their share of taxpayer funded 'assistance', which only increases health care costs for citizens!! Citizens should not be dependent on the government for health care!
We must restore Alabama’s trust for its elected leaders. -These elected officials are NOT leaders they are representatives of the people.
I will defend a woman’s right to choose and stand with Planned Parenthood. - It would be far better for everyone to be educated on birth control - NOT using abortion as an alternative!
All children deserve a first-class education regardless of where they live. - Illegal aliens do NOT deserve tax payer funded education. There are literally MILLIONS in grants and scholarships available to the citizens of America, yes it does require some work to find them and apply.
College must be affordable without burdening a student with overwhelming debt. - Your plan is to burden EVERY American with this outrageous debt? That is NOT an acceptable alternative.
I believe in science and will work to slow or reverse the impact of climate change. - Given the FACT that over 900 scientists have debunked the man made climate change scam; this is a WASTE of taxpayer funds, time and energy! https://www.nationalnewstoday365.com/2017/11/05/you-wont-believe-what-900-scientists-just-concluded-about-major-liberal-issue-dems-in-panic-mode-2/
In the 1980s, Jones worked as a private defense attorney, where he defended Tom Posey, a key figure in the Iran-Contra affair with ties to the KKK and Holocaust deniers.
In 1983, Posey founded the Civilian Material Assistance (CMA) group, a paramilitary group which began by providing supplies and training to rebel groups in Nicaragua. Posey was eventually accused of illegal gun-running to Nicaragua when such activities were banned by the government. Posey was allegedly working with a White House liaison to ship weapons to the Nicaraguan rebels.
Posey got off of the charges thanks to his lawyer, Doug Jones.
