Our Unconstitutional Government

Declaration of Independence: That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. 
US Constitution Article IV Section 4
The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
Usurpation means taking someone's power or property by force. 

It is a crime for one or more persons acting under color of law willfully to deprive or conspire to deprive another person of any right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. (18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242).

Undermining the nation’s armed forces. Article II, Section 2, names the president commander in chief. Instead of asserting American power, Mr. Obama projects weakness, emboldening our enemies.

Appointing agency “czars” without Senate approval. Article II, Section 2, gives the president the power to appoint ambassadors, judges and top agency officials, but only with the “advice and consent of the Senate.” Mr. Obama has appointed, without Senate approval, more than two dozen czars in federal agencies.

Flagrant Violation of the Constitution Can the Supreme Court make a decision that violates the US Constitution?
By refusing to grant the legitimate requests of the states for an Article V Convention (to propose amendments to the Constitution), all three branches of the U.S. government are now operating as a "rogue" government outside the law. Under Article V of the Constitution, the states may request the Congress to establish a Convention to propose amendments to the Constitution. The states have done this by submitting over 500 requests to the federal government.

The Constitution established a Republican form of government consisting of the President, Congress and Supreme Court. These three bodies were designed to "check and balance" each other so that there could not be an assumption of absolute power by any one party or political group. The judiciary was to pass judgment on the constitutionality of the laws passed by the Congress and could void these laws as "unconstitutional." The President administered the Constitution and statutory laws created by the legislature.

It Is Time To Prosecute Politicians For Violating the U.S. Constitution
An oath of office is an affirmation a person takes before undertaking the duties of an office, usually a position in government or within a religious body, and it is typical to believe the person taking the oath not only intends on fulfilling that “affirmation,” they actually comprehend what they are swearing to uphold.

Every congressional representative is mandated by the U.S. Constitution to take the oath of office before they can serve in either the House or Senate. At the start of the current session of Congress, every politician stood and repeated that, “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
BOTH, Democrats and Republicans, took this oath. 
BOTH, Democrats and Republicans, have FAILED to uphold this oath!

No, they can't make a decision that violates the Constitution. Article III, Section 2 of the Constitution states that "The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution." 

Our system is a balance of powers. Congress has the power to pass laws, the President has the power to enforce laws, and the Court has the power to interpret the laws. The Court has a very limited role: they get to say what the law is, and it should be beyond question that they have that power. But they have absolutely no way of making the rest of us comply with that determination. That is the check on their power.
