Require the Department of Justice to explain to Congress why it has or has not been prosecuting gun cases; - because the DOJ is a FEDERAL court and should ONLY be handling cases of FEDERAL importance like National Security, illegal immigration, releasing known terrorists from prison - you know stuff that protects the NATION as a whole NOT the individuals, which is the PEOPLES duty and state and local AUTHORITIES only!!
Place Limitations on Fast & Furious type operations by DOJ; - limits?? really?? so you are saying operation fast and furious was ok - they just gave the Mexican cartel TOO many guns, ammunition, and other criminal services?? NO these types of 'operations' should NEVER happen PERIOD!!
Authorize FFL’s to utilize the NICS database to for voluntary background checks of employees; - voluntary?? really?? NO!! ALL politicians should submit to MANDATORY NCIC background checks!!
Authorize FFL’s to access the FBI’s National Crime Information Center stolen gun database to ensure that a firearm is not stolen prior to acquisition; -
Reauthorize the Mentally Ill Offender Treatment and Crime Reduction Act (MIOTCRA) with amendments; - NO if a person is mentally ILL, to the point they are a danger to themselves or others, they should be in a SECURE environment, an asylum, and AWAY from the general population, which would REMOVE their access to firearms!!
Address school safety by Reauthorizes the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Secure our Schools Program through 2023. - school shootings were NEVER an issue when EVERYONE had common sense and RAISED their children with RESPECT, morals, empathy, and humanity - the LIBERAL crap that is now being spewed needs to STOP - EVERYONE should be held personally accountable for their actions- ALL government servants paid with tax payer funds should be held DOUBLY accountable!!
